Soapmaking

With all the stuff that's been going on, I haven't been posting very many crafting pictures.  This one actually goes back about a month.



One of the things we got for my younger daughter's birthday was a soap making kit she'd showed an interest in.  Here are a couple of bars she made with it.  The mold held 4 bars of soap in two Celtic knot designs.  The kit came with pink mineral powder for colour, ground apricot for exfoliation and 3 bottles of scent - unlabelled!  We had to sniff them to figure out which was which.  Plus there was a block of goat milk soap to melt down.

She enjoyed it enough that we'll be getting more soap making supplies in the future for her.
